The Friends of Old City Cemetery is a group of people dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the Old City Cemetery in Monroe,LA located on DeSiard Street. The society meets the second Friday of each month at 5:30 in the Joseph Bennett McGuire Genealogy Room of the Ouachita Parish Public Library.
